Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all. Most of our guests have never been on a horse before. Our guides match every rider to the right horse and stay close throughout.
Closed-toe shoes are essential. Long trousers are recommended. We provide helmets. Don't wear your best clothes — the Algarve cliffs are beautiful but dusty.
Yes. We welcome children from age 6 upwards on our coastal cliff rides. Our calmer horses are reserved for younger riders.
Light rain is fine — the trails are dry and sheltered in places. In heavy weather we reschedule with no charge. Portugal's Algarve gets over 300 days of sun.
