We only collect the personal data needed to provide you with a quality, personal service. When you book or contact us — mainly through our booking form or WhatsApp — we may process the following personal data: name, email address, phone number, and (for horse riding) rider weight. For horse transport bookings we may also process information necessary to carry out the transport.

We process personal data in order to provide our services:

• To perform the booking/contract you make with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• In our legitimate interest, or that of third parties, to deliver our services as well as possible (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• To comply with legal obligations imposed on us (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We store personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. In certain cases we may keep data for longer where required by law.

Personal data is processed transparently and with full respect for your privacy and fundamental rights, using appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep it secure and confidential.

We may share personal data with third-party service providers where necessary to carry out our activity and legitimate interests (for example, tools used to run the website and communicate with you). You have the right, at any time, to access your personal data and to request its rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and/or to object to its processing, as provided by law.

GM Equestrian may update or amend this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be published on this website; the version published here is the one currently in force.
